Our passion is to help small businesses succeed. After all, we are a small
business too! However, we realize through our own experiences what it takes to
make a business work. The small business owner is perhaps the most unsung hero
in society. The average person has no idea what small business owners
sacrifice to make a business survive, let alone succeed. If you have started a
business and have successfully operated it for a year or more, we salute you.
The fact that you have endured and navigated the challenges associated with any
business means that you are a special individual. Because of people like you,
people have jobs and our nation has a thriving economy. Very few employees and
people around you truly appreciate what you have accomplished. It is for this
reason that we enjoy what we do. While we too are in business to succeed, it is
very fulfilling to accomplish this while helping others do the same.
While we do offer side services like; design and print business cards, on-call
IT labor and build websites, we specialize in providing identity branding &
continuity marketing materials packages. Obviously this represents a larger sale
for our company, but we also have a greater opportunity to make an impact in
someone’s business. Look at it as though you were an interior designer.
Assume you were hired by a client to enhance a display room in their store in
order to attract customers. However, you are only hired to decorate just one
section of a room, leaving the rest of the room looking plain and ordinary.
While your contribution may indeed be impressive, you know that the rest of the
room will play a vital role in attracting customers as well. Therefore, it is
unlikely that the client will experience dramatic results. However, if you
were in fact able to design the entire room, the results could indeed be
impressive. Therefore, it is much more likely that your customer will become
zealous about your services and referrals will follow.
Although our business cards are beautiful and professional, we rarely receive
impassioned phone calls about how powerfully they performed. Conversely however,
words cannot express how gratifying it is to hear a small business client
describe how sensational their new image branded tools and materials are
performing. When we are able to witness tangible results in someone’s business
as a direct result of our services.., well, that is what we stay in business
for! Therefore, we seek to excel in offering small businesses a total company
make-over, if you will, so that regardless of what angle a customer is observing
them, they will appear professional, established and desirable to do business
with. That is what professional branding does!
